The Opportunity
As a Care Service Employee, you will work as a skilled and qualified team member who provides safe, respectful and quality care and services.
We support over 300 residents across 4 facilities on our semi-rural estate.
Your interactions with consumers will be kind, caring, compassionate and considerate to their needs, preferences, identity, culture and diversity.
We enable our care staff to work in a person-centred approach as part of a dynamic team of passionate carers.

Our standard shifts are: Morning (6:00am - 2:30pm); Afternoon (2:15pm - 9:45pm); and Night (9:30pm - 6:30am).
About you
Available Thursdays & Fridays + availability in October, December & January.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, and 2+ years' work experience in similar role
Right to work in Australia
A genuine desire and passion to work with older people
Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently
Effective and compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use computer systems effectively for client management
Reliable transport to Grasmere *****)
Completion of a pre-employment assessment and a background check (National Criminal History / NDIS Worker check) clearance during recruitment process
