You will troubleshoot incidents, support Microsoft 365 apps, and assist with network infrastructure while delivering reliable IT services for the organisation.
The role requires previous IT support experience, solid customer service, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Flexible work options may include up to two days remote from home.
