About the RoleOur client partner, a leading Tier 1 Mining Company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee coal quality and dewatering activities across a large-scale mining operation.
Working an 8/6 roster, you will provide hands-on leadership to ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with operational and coal quality requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily coal quality and dewatering activitiesCoordinate crews, equipment and operational prioritiesMonitor coal quality requirements and production targetsManage pit water, pumping and dewatering activitiesEnsure work is completed safely and in line with site proceduresConduct pre-starts,
