Keema Automotive Group is looking for an experiencedSenior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Managerto become a key leader within our Springwood Service Department.
This is more than a front counter role.
You'll work closely with the Service Manager to help lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive the daily success of one of our flagship dealerships.

What you'll be doing
As an integral part of our leadership team, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service from booking through to vehicle handover.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing honest advice and clear communication.
Prepare repair orders, quotations and service recommendations.
Assist in coordinating workshop workflow to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
Support technicians and parts staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
Assist the Service Manager with daily operations, coaching and process improvement.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve retention.
Ensure all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people as much as you enjoy the automotive industry.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or similar leadership role.




Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Sound computer skills and experience using dealership management systems.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Current driver's licence.
Leadership experience is highly regarded; however, we also encourage experienced Service Advisors ready for the next step in their career to apply.
