Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced SCADA systems, with a focus on
MOSAIC SCADA
platforms.
Develop and maintain SCADA architectures for water treatment, distribution, and wastewater facilities.
Create detailed technical documentation including functional specifications, network diagrams, and control philosophies.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of SCADA systems.
Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal reliability and uptime.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay abreast of emerging SCADA technologies, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices.




Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a strong focus on SCADA.
Proven experience working with
MOSAIC SCADA
systems or
Yokogawa CI Server
is essential.
Proven background in the Water industry
, including water/wastewater treatment and distribution systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming and integration with SCADA platforms.
Robust understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
