The Role
This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll balance design excellence with team development and client engagement.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of Interior Designers
Driving projects from briefing and concept through to documentation
Presenting design solutions and managing key client relationships
Overseeing design quality across multiple workplace projects




Collaborating with project managers and consultants to deliver exceptional outcomes
Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the studio
About You
You'll bring:
8+ years' experience delivering commercial workplace interior projects
Robust leadership or mentoring experience
Excellent concept design, space planning and documentation skills
Confidence presenting to clients and leading design workshops
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative, positive and commercially minded approach
