What you'll be doing:
Leading the performance and operations of corporate and franchise stores across the Sydney Region
Executing national sales promotions, campaigns, and HQ directives
Conducting store audits and performance reviews across all sites
Recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing retail staff
Setting and reviewing KPIs to drive sales growth and operational excellence
Supporting franchisees and assisting with HR matters as required




Project managing new store launches
Ensuring Elite's systems, procedures, and brand standards are upheld
Driving training and strategies for Elite's private label product range
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in multi-site retail or territory management
A strong understanding of retail operations, people management and HR processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
High attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
A passion for health, fitness, and the supplements industry
