Sales Assistant
to join the team at Ritz of Rosanna! This is a

based in
Rosanna, VIC ****
in our ladieswear boutique. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our fashion store, dealing with customers of all ages, shapes and sizes! This position is fundamental to creating a welcoming shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst supporting our store's commercial objectives.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product enquiries and recommendations
Processing sales transactions accurately using the till system and payment methods
Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is clean, organised and visually appealing
Assisting customers at the fitting rooms and giving styling advice
Handling customer queries professionally and courteously
Unpacking current stock, steaming clothing, and merchandising new arrivals
Supporting promotional activities and communicating special offers to customers
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
Adhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety standards
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help customers
Strong communication abilities and a friendly and professional manner
Reliability and punctuality, with availability on Saturdays and some weekday hours during school holidays




A genuine love of fashion and confidence with styling customers
Basic numeracy skills and comfort with handling cash and card payments
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift stock as needed
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of presentation
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
