The Opportunity
We're seeking a full commercial team to deliver a $400M 150 BTS apartment development.
You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers-contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
Documentation:



Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5-10 years of construction experience
Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects up to $100M
Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiation
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management and construction management software Jobpac, Cheops
