to own configuration, system optimisation and continuous improvement across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.

The Prospect:




You'll become the internal SME for the Dayforce platform, ensuring it remains secure, reliable and continually evolving to meet business needs.
Working across HR, Payroll and Technology teams, you'll configure the platform, support users, deliver enhancements and help drive ongoing system improvements.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both technical configuration and partnering with stakeholders to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Dayforce across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management modules
Implement"Talent Acquisition" and "Dayforce Recruiting" modules
Manage workflows, business rules, security profiles and system configuration
Provide Level 2 application support and testing and resolve complex system issues
Perform data validation, auditing and system health checks
