The Opportunity
We are seeking a committed and experienced Receptionist to join our thriving
Murrumbeena clinic
on a
full-time basis
.
You'll help deliver a high standard of care while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic.
Your key duties will include, but won't be limited to:
Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.
Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.
Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.




Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, we'd like someone with allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important!
We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team workplace, and who are confident in meeting deadlines and working to achieve team-based goals.
Ideal candidates will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team Player with a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail.
Proficient use of Microsoft suite.
Self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment.
