Asa senior People & Culture leader,you'lldrivethe design and delivery of workforce and succession planningframeworks, performance frameworks and organisational planning,partnering closely with senior leaders andourdirectors to build the capability that helps Museums Victoria bring its mission, vision and strategic ambitions to life.

People & Culture,you'lljoin a close-knit,fun,high-performing People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering Strategic Direction 3(Our People)of Museums Victoria's ******* Strategic Plan.

Some of the key duties include:
Lead the development, implementation and ongoing refinement of Museums Victoria's workforce and succession planning framework, partnering with senior leaders to manage critical role risk and future capability needs.
Oversee the re-design and continuous improvement of Museums Victoria's performance management framework and broader performance processes.
Work closely with senior people leaders and directors to identify capability gaps and organisational effectiveness opportunities that strengthen leadership and management quality.
Lead the coordination and action planning response to key employee experience initiatives, including the People Matter Survey.Partner with senior People & Culture leaders on organisational planning activities, including structure design, workforce modelling and job evaluation.

OTHER INFORMATION
This is an ongoing, full-time position. The salary on offer isVPSGrade 5, Value Range 2 (VPS 5.2.1) base of grade $128,635 per annum, pro rata + 12% Superannuation.
This position will be primarily based at Melbourne Museum, with a requirement to work across our other sites as needed.
