If you're an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to step away from the constant driving, juggling multiple locations and feeling like you're always on the road, this is one worth looking at. I'm currently recruiting for a rare onsite chance within a premium residential development in Biggera Waters. Managing a well maintained portfolio of 140 apartments, you'll be based onsite Monday to Friday, giving you the chance to genuinely build relationships with your landlords and residents while working from one location. With dedicated VA support taking care of lease renewals, compliance and maintenance, you'll be able to focus on what you do best, delivering exceptional service and managing your portfolio without the usual distractions. This is a role for someone who is confident,



organised and can hit the ground running. The portfolio is in great shape, the systems are established and you'll be joining a business that genuinely values its people and invests in their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a tidy portfolio of 140 apartments within one premium residential building
End to end portfolio management
Three routine inspections per day
Working on Console Cloud
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and residents
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you'll have a minimum of three years' end to end Property Management experience and be confident managing your own portfolio. You'll be proactive, highly organised and able to hit the ground running. Strong communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to confidently navigate challenging conversations are essential. Previous onsite experience would be highly regarded but isn't essential. A current QLD Certificate of Registration is required. You must have the correct working rights to work in Australia.
