Mobility Access Modifications is a Melbourne-based company with over 21 years' experience creating safer, more accessible homes for people with mobility needs.
We're looking for someone who has recently completed studies in Building & Construction (or similar) and is ready to step into a casual role 5 days a week in scheduling and coordination of trades.
This is a hands‐on entry-level role where you'll learn how installation jobs are scheduled, managed, and delivered from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:
Scheduling and coordinating installation jobs
Communicating with trades to confirm and follow up work
Managing job updates and schedules
Supporting customers with progress updates
Handling emails, calls, and basic administration
About you:
1+ year in scheduling/project coordination/administration or similar
Recently completed studies in Building & Construction, Construction Management or similar
Interested in building a long‐term career
Organised, reliable, and good attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with trades and customers
Willing to learn and take direction
Driver's licence OR reliable public transport
