Trade Training Program Development Role – Something different!
This highly regarded company works with a range of clients to meet their skills needs through cutting-edge approaches to training. These approaches involve meeting real client skills and training needs while also meeting Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualification requirements.
The company develops and supports delivery of a wide range of training programs across a broad variety of sectors and contexts. These include qualifications and short courses.
The company has extensive experience in trades. This includes retail automotive - working with a range of significant clients including major brands and groups.
This involves:
Working with subject matter experts and clients on training program content/coverage, as well as streamlined program structures and delivery approaches.
Actively supporting clients to work with selected Registered Training Organisations (including TAFE institutes).
This is a great opportunity for an experienced person to join the company working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment located in Melbourne CBD.
The role includes:
Working on developing new training programs as well as adapting existing programs.
Working with the company's existing methodology/approach which involves combining input from subject matter experts with specific skills/training needs of clients and AQF considerations.
Liaising with external stakeholders including clients and Registered Training Organisations (including TAFE institutes).
Working with internal teams who support clients with a range of operational training-related processes and strategies.
You may have worked in trades or a range of other sectors. You may also have developed programs which are aligned to AQF, short courses or other industry-specific training.
You need to have:
Experience in developing and supporting a range of training programs and various delivery modes
Understanding of the AQF and how training packages work
Expertise to understand 'real world' skills/training needs
Experience working with subject matter experts
Great attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing a range of priorities effectively and efficiently
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
You may also have relevant qualifications (e.g. trade qualifications, degree, Cert IV Training & Assessment).
