About the Role
Managing the day-to-day operation of the bar
Delivering exceptional customer service
Leading, training and supervising bar staff
Creating and maintaining beverage service standards
Managing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
Monitoring beverage costs and minimising waste
Preparing cocktails, wine and premium beverages
Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant bar
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA) compliance
Working closely with restaurant management to maximise sales and guest satisfaction
About You
At least 2 years' experience in a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisory role




Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits and beer
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience with stock control and ordering
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in
Light speed
and
OpenTable
systems
Current Queensland RSA Certificate
Full Australian work rights
