The Swan Yacht Club, is looking for Casual Duty Managers on ***** hours per week to join the team.
Located on the banks of the Swan River in East Fremantle, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Duty Managers to expand their career in a unique river front location.
Reporting to senior Management you will support, motivate and train the team to deliver exceptional service to our members, guests and functions.
You will work with management to assist in the success of the day-to-day operations and provide exceptional service during the duration of our many weddings and events here at the club and values.

The Duty Manager is responsible in overseeing operational matters relating to the on premise side of the business in the absence of the House Operations Manager.
The Duty Manager will provide direction to the team that is aligned with the ideals and overall direction of the club.
This is a hands on role in the business with night and weekend work required.
More About You




A proven ability to manage a team is essential as the role requires an amount of flexibility with the differing areas across the venue.
Have at least 2-5 years proven experience working in a Hospitality and be highly proficient with all aspects of venue operation.
Be committed to the industry - and enjoy working with people
Have experience closing a venue and be willing to close a venue without assistance;
Have an engaging leadership style that encourages team work by working alongside the staff.
This role will consist of****** hours per week (Seasonal) @ per hourly rate accordingly aligned with the registered and licenced Clubs award ****.To be considered for this role it is a minimum that you possess the following
Hold a current RSA, Approved Managers qualification, a current police clearance, This is a part time position and start date can be ASAP.
