To establish and develop our Australia market, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic sales professional – the spearhead of our market presence in Australia.
Your responsibilities – driving forward with energy:
Responsibility for market entry and systematic expansion of our sales activities in Australia
Development of a regional sales strategy in coordination with HQ
Identification of market potentials, target groups, and competitors
Building a reliable network in the industry (distributors, installers, EPCs, wholesale)
Active support and development of distribution and wholesale partners
Acquisition of new sales partners and installers
Conducting product trainings, webinars, and on-site presentations




Negotiation of offers and contracts up to closingResponsibility for achieving sales targets and KPIs
3.Brand Representation & Market Presence:
Building trust and brand awareness among relevant target groups
Participation in regional trade fairs, events, and industry meetings
Close cooperation with marketing to develop local campaigns
Monitoring and sharing market trends and customer feedback
What you bring – what we are looking for:
Several years of experience in technical sales – ideally in PV, storage, inverters, or related technologies
Proven track record in building and expanding sales structures
Network in the Australia solar/energy industry is an advantage
Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for renewable energy
Initiative, closing strength, and perseverance
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and professional demeanor
Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally to other European countries
