Location:
Based in Bayswater, with work across greater Melbourne and occasionally regional or interstate.
Role Overview:
As a Labourer/ Technician, you'll be working alongside experienced technicians and project leaders to help prepare and install Monotek's rapid-cure MMA flooring systems. No prior flooring experience is necessary—just a willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and operate safely in a trade environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with surface prep and MMA flooring installation (Concrete grinding, masking, cleanup, etc.)
Handling tools and application equipment under supervision
Packing/unpacking vehicles and managing materials on-site
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Supporting warehouse operations when not in office
What We're Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Reliability and punctuality
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a small team
Some experience with power tools or construction/labouring is helpful.
Concrete grinding experience.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's licence and own transport, manual licence highly desirable
Comfortable with early starts and flexible to work occasional nights or weekends (penalty rates apply)
Based within commuting distance of Bayswater, VIC
