Quality Builders is a well-established privately owned Building Company, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth specializing in Commercial & Residential Transportable Modular Builds.
An excellent job opportunity exists for an additional Site Supervisor experienced in Steel Framed Construction & Modular Housing to join our company.
Reporting to the Project Managers you will be responsible for the Site Supervision related to our Residential and Commercial Projects.
The position is full time, and the Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
To Supervise, coordinate & motivate employees, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth installation process over multiple project
Deliver all projects to the highest standards, ensuring the continuous management of safe work practices
Liaise with clients as required




Interpret architectural & structural drawings
To be considered you must have:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor within the residential and commercial market
White card
Forklift ticket (optional)
Valuable computer literacy skills, with a sound knowledge of excel
Excellent time Management skills, high attention to details and ability to work under pressure
Ability to solve problems promptly
Ability to work autonomously
Proactive, enthusiastic & outgoing approach
Punctual, Reliable and Trustworthy
Current driver's license and ability to drive a Manual vehicle
