Queensland Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to lead a Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure team in Gladstone.
You will mentor colleagues, influence clinical decisions, and deliver specialist outpatient care and education within a supportive community setting.
The role emphasizes leadership, high clinical standards, and collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager to manage shifts and care pathways.
AHPRA-registered RNs with postgraduate cardio experience are preferred.
