IOR's Head of HSEQ leads the development and execution of our health, safety, environment, and quality strategy across a national operation. You'll ensure our people, sites, and customers operate safely while driving continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture across the business.
You'll build the HSEQ management system, manage risk, investigations, audits, and reporting; mentor the HSE team; and influence leaders to embed secure practices across the organisation.
