Role Summary
Looking for a TMS V&V; Planner / Test Manager to support a rail signaling project involving ETCS Level 2 (ETCS L2) and Traffic Management System (TMS) delivery. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities to ensure quality delivery and project milestone completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule lab testing and field testing activities.
Prepare and review test procedures, test reports, and test documents.
Coordinate with development teams, project teams, and customer teams.
Track defects, risks, issues, and testing progress.
Ensure test coverage and requirement traceability.
Support project milestones and testing readiness activities.
Plan team workload and support recent team members.
Prepare progress reports and dashboards.
Required Skills
Experience in railway signaling, ETCS, TMS, CBTC, or railway systems.
Good understanding of testing activities, Verification & Validation (V&V;), and defect tracking.
Experience in test planning and requirements management.




Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong planning and coordination capability.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Preferred
Experience in railway projects or signaling projects.
Experience in system integration testing and field testing.
Ability to work with multiple teams and customer stakeholders.
