Key Responsibilities
Reception
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Booking and managing appointments
Processing payments and managing patient records
Providing exceptional customer service to every patient
Dental Assisting
Preparing treatment rooms and instruments for procedures
Assisting the dentist during treatment




Sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control standards
Supporting the clinical team to ensure appointments run efficiently
About You
You are someone who:
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
Is reliable, punctual and enjoys working as part of a team
Is available to work a minimum of4 days per week, with shifts typically7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Is willing to complete aCertificate III in Dental Assisting(paid for by you but supported by us)
Is ambitious and genuinely interested in progressing into a leadership or management position
What We Offer
Starting rate of$***** per hour plus superannuationfor applicants new to the dental industry with pay progression
Higher rates negotiable for experienced dental assistants or receptionists
