We're looking for an experienced
Showroom Sales
to lead our Heating & Cooling showroom and help make it the first choice for homeowners looking for heating, cooling and home comfort solutions.
This is far more than a retail role. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional showroom experience, following up warm leads generated across the business, converting enquiries into sales, and growing our showroom into a destination customers genuinely want to visit.

The Role
As our Showroom Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the showroom, inspiring confidence in our customers, and delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into sales and ensure every customer receives expert advice and outstanding service by:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Following up warm leads generated across all divisions of the business.
Contacting existing customers to generate new sales opportunities.
Converting enquiries into showroom appointments and sales.




Helping customers choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their home.
Working closely with our sales, estimating and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Maintaining a clean, modern and inviting showroom that showcases our products.
Developing local marketing ideas, promotions and events to increase showroom traffic.
Tracking leads, quotations and conversion rates to maximise performance.
Identifying opportunities to increase sales across all divisions of the Local Group.
Ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to installation.
What We're Looking For
Previous
showroom management experience
is preferred.
A proven background in sales with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience following up leads and converting opportunities into sales.
Confidence working with CRM systems and managing customer pipelines.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Experience in heating & cooling, home improvement, building products, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, furniture or similar showroom environments will be highly regarded.
