Lead the execution of SCA's strategic plan and annual business priorities
Provide high-quality governance support, reporting and strategic advice to the Board
Drive financial sustainability and commercial performance across events, sponsorships, education and member services

Build trusted relationships across SCA's national federated membership structure
Lead advocacy, policy and government engagement initiatives
Strengthen professional standards, education and accreditation programs across the sector
Develop organisational capability, leadership succession and workforce planning
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and operational excellence
Represent SCA as the trusted and credible national voice for the strata and community titles sector
Key Selection Criteria
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
Significant senior executive leadership experience within an industry association, professional body, member organisation, not-for-profit or similarly complex stakeholder environment
Proven experience reporting to and working closely with a Board
Experience leading within a federated, chapter-based or multi-jurisdictional structure
Strong commercial and financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting and oversight of commercial activities
A track record of translating strategy into measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and accountability

Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong judgement, political awareness and the ability to operate effectively within delegated authority
Exceptional communication, influencing and leadership capabilities
Personal resilience, accountability and a commitment to ethical leadership
Experience within industry associations, professional bodies, membership organisations or regulated environments will be highly regarded
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or governance credentials, are also desirable
Applications are invited from accomplished executive leaders with strong governance, financial and stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience leading in complex stakeholder environments. You will bring sound judgement, resilience and accountability, together with the ability to translate strategy into outcomes and lead through clarity, influence and delivery. An attractive executive remuneration package, including performance-based incentives, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Applications close Friday 14 August.
