The Role
We are seeking a reliable, safety-first
Demolition Site Supervisor
to manage day-to-day site operations, lead field crews, and guarantee strict compliance with SafeWork NSW standards.
Note: Our scope of work does not include the removal of hazardous waste; all hazardous materials are left in place and managed exclusively by specialized third-party contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management:
Coordinate site setups, commercial strip-outs, structural demolition phases, and waste management tracking.
Hazard Identification:
Monitor the site for potential hazardous materials,



ensuring they are left untouched and flagged for specialist extraction.
Safety Leadership:
Enforce Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), run daily toolbox talks, and maintain active exclusion zones.
Dust & Compliance:
Act as the primary supervisor for legislative site protocols, dust suppression, and silica mitigation.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid NSW
Site Supervisor Certificate
Completed Legislative
Asbestos Awareness Certification
(for risk identification and reporting)
General Construction Induction Card (
White Card
)
Minimum 3+ years managing commercial demolition or structural strip-out environments
