About Us
Balance Health Phillip Island is a newly renovated multidisciplinary clinic with a vision to provide specialised Allied Health care to Phillip Islanders in a fun, thriving workspace — where both staff and clients are empowered to prosper and achieve their own goals.

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a new graduate, we'd love to hear from you. New graduates will be mentored by the practice owner and our experienced staff, with regular weekly case reviews and a structured introduction to private practice.

As a rural clinic, we see clients from all walks of life — young and old, sporty and sedentary, NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe and Medicare. With such a diverse community and skillset across the team, there's plenty of scope to build your ideal caseload. Our space supports ongoing 1:1 supervised exercise as well as small group therapy.

We're looking for a passionate team member, whether trained in Clinical Pilates or willing to learn. There's also potential to work in Men's and Women's Health in collaboration with our experienced practitioners.
Excellent wages and flexible pay structure
Remuneration is above award and negotiable for the right candidate, with the option of commission on top of base wages. We can assist with relocation costs for the right candidate.
Professional development
Highly supported, with a yearly PD allowance for all staff. We hold 6-weekly multidisciplinary team meetings, plus regular mentoring for areas of special interest and for newer graduates.
Develop your own clinical interest
Prospect to build your own niche and see your ideal clients, plus a fun role in our marketing and social media campaigns.
Balance both in and out of work
Regular check-ins with our owner to support your wellbeing, in and outside the clinic. All new employees get a paid shadowing period during their first month, learning how the team works together and ensuring a smooth transition for both therapist and clients.
