About the role:
In this role, you'll lead the transformation of our training programs and create standout learning experiences for a range of audiences. Working alongside subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you'll design programs that are compliant, learner-centric and fit for purpose, delivered either face-to-face or through digital learning modalities. Your work will span induction, role-specific and mandatory training, as well as accredited and non-accredited programs.
This is a six-month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend and flexible working arrangements are on offer — so you can do your best work, your way.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging training programs and assessment tools, aligned to operational and contractual requirements, ASQA and VET standards
Develop learning materials for both face-to-face delivery and digital learning (blended learning approach) based on business needs.
Create a range of learning resources including facilitation guides, learner manuals, curricula, assessment tools and Train-the-Trainer materials.
Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory and the 70:20:10 model to develop learner-centric programs and ensure accessibility and learner engagement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, assessors and stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet compliance, contractual requirements and learning styles.




Support continuous improvement through validation, feedback, and data analysis
Collaborate closely with trainers, assessors, and stakeholders to ensure materials meet learner needs and business objectives
Key requirements:
Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline, or Certificate IV in training and assessment or equivalent professional experience.
High proficiency in using multimedia and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint,
Diploma of Instructional Design and/or Diploma of VET (desirable)
Experience designing and developing VET-compliant learning resources
Strong knowledge of ASQA standards and the VET regulatory framework
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex content into engaging learning materials
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs
