The Role
This is a hands‐on production role within our manufacturing operation, producing high‐end components for the mining industry. You'll be part of a small, capable team producing high‐quality products to spec – with the opportunity to develop your skills and become a key part of how we operate day to day.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Mixing, pouring, and processing production materials
Quality checking finished components against specifications
Keeping the production area clean, safe, and organised
Working as part of a team to meet daily production schedules
Assisting with materials handling and movement around the facility
What We're Looking For
Essential:
A genuine willingness to learn and take direction
Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and doing the job well
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‐on production environment
Safety‐conscious with a respect for workplace procedures
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a small team
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (3–5 years ideal)
Familiarity with component manufacturing or materials processing
Current forklift licence (LF ticket)
