Neutrog is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Operations team at our Kanmantoo facility.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the secure and accurate movement of finished goods and raw materials across our manufacturing and distribution operations.
About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will lead all aspects of warehouse operations at our Kanmantoo site.
Responsible for inventory control, receivals, despatch, warehouse resources and team leadership, you'll ensure products move safely and accurately through the business while maintaining high standards of service, safety and stock integrity.
Working closely with Production, Procurement, the Logistics & Freight Coordinator and freight providers, you will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer delivery requirements and coordinating the movement of goods across our distribution network.
While the primary warehouse operation is based in Kanmantoo, the role also maintains awareness of stock holdings and warehouse activities within our third-party warehouse network in Queensland and Western Australia, assisting with stock discrepancies, inventory enquiries and operational issues as required.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines day-to-day involvement in warehouse operations with team leadership, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading daily warehouse operations, including receivals, storage and despatch, while working alongside the team to support operational requirements
Maintaining inventory accuracy through effective stock control,



reporting and stocktake activities
Leading, coaching and developing the warehouse team to achieve safety, quality and performance expectations
Working collaboratively with Production, Procurement, Logistics and freight providers to support business and customer requirements
Building and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders including freight providers, contractors, suppliers and customers
Supporting inventory management, discrepancy resolution and stock integrity across Neutrog's warehouse network
Identifying opportunities to enhance warehouse performance, service delivery and operational outcomes
Maintaining high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and compliance
About You
You are a practical, hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside your team to achieve operational outcomes.
Comfortable moving between the warehouse floor and leadership responsibilities, you build strong relationships, solve problems and lead by example.
You understand the importance of inventory accuracy, customer service and safe work practices and can balance operational priorities with stakeholder relationships and team development.
You will bring:
Experience leading warehouse operations within a manufacturing,



industrial or distribution environment
Strong inventory management and stock control capability
Proven people leadership experience and the ability to build an engaged, accountable team
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
The ability to build credibility and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
Current forklift licence (reach truck experience highly regarded)
A strong commitment to workplace safety
