NDIS Support Worker

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each participant's individual goals and needs.
Your responsibilities may include:
Personal care and daily living assistance.
Community access and social participation.
Transport to appointments and activities.
Medication assistance (where appropriately trained).
Domestic assistance and meal preparation.
Implementing Behaviour Support Plans (where applicable).
Maintaining accurate progress notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
Promoting participants' independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion.
Essential Requirements




MinimumCertificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or an equivalent qualification (Certificate IV or higher is highly regarded).
Minimum1 year of experienceworking as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstrated experience delivering person-centred supports under the NDIS.
Solid interpersonal skills with a compassionate, respectful, and professional approach.
CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Check.
CurrentWorking With Children Check (WWCC).
CurrentNational Police Check.
CurrentFirst Aid (HLTAID011)andCPR (HLTAID009)certificates.
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle.
Valid ABN.
Ability to use mobile devices to complete electronic shift notes and documentation.
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, active nights, and public holidays when required.
A strong understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct, participant rights, privacy, and professional boundaries.
