About the Role
Deliverfunctional capacity assessmentsandmeaningful intervention plansthat support people to live with more confidence and autonomy.
Build skills in daily living, emotional regulation, and community participation through compassionate, trauma-informed practice.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (psychologists, BSPs, OTs, speech pathologists) to providewrap-around, survivor-led care.
Support individuals across home, community, and supported accommodation settings — wherever care is most needed.
Create safety, connection, and dignity in every interaction — not compliance.
About You




AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapistwith strong clinical and documentation skills.
Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults withpsychosocial or physical disabilities, ideally in community or disability contexts.
Passionate about trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based practice.
Able to work independently with robust time management and communication skills.
Deep respect for lived experience — whether your own or that of the people you support.
