We are creating a beautiful, elevated space focused on exceptional client experiences, premium services, and a supportive team culture.
We are seeking an experienced Nail Salon Manager to lead our team and help establish The Society Nail Bar as a leading luxury nail destination on the Gold Coast.
About the Role
As Salon Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon while ensuring exceptional customer service, team performance, and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the salon team
Managing daily salon operations
Client bookings and customer service
Staff training, mentoring and performance management
Stock control and inventory management
Retail sales and promotions
Maintaining salon presentation and standards




Assisting with recruitment and onboardingDriving a positive and professional team culture
Taking on everyday clients doing manicures, pedicures, gel and bib
What We Are Looking For
Essential
Previous salon, beauty management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional presentation
Highly organised with excellent time management
Ability to motivate and support a team
Passion for the beauty industry
experience with nails
Desirable
Retail sales experience
Social media and marketing knowledge
Existing industry relationships
