The Role
We're looking for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys being part of a professional team environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in structural landscaping, carpentry, concreting or building, who can think ahead, work efficiently, and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes.




You'll be working across a variety of premium projects involving all aspects of structural landscaping.

We also have a potential future Foreman position for the right candidate.
What We're Looking For
This is a great opportunity for someone experienced who wants to be part of a team that values doing things properly.
You'll be well suited to this role if you:
Have experience in structural landscaping OR building OR concreting OR carpentry
Take ownership of your work and consistently deliver a high standard
Communicate clearly and work well within a team
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work environment
Are reliable, consistent, and bring a strong work ethic
What You'll Need
Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Ability to read and work from 2D plans
Strong competency with tools, health & safety and construction site practices
Valid driver's licence
Good time management and a self-motivated approach
What We Offer
Full-time, stable employment (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Super)
Monday – Friday (7:00am – 3:30pm) — NO Weekends
5 paid rain days per year
All tools supplied
Local work across South-East Gold Coast & Northern NSW (no long travel)
