The Role
Working with a strong, and long tenured team, you will be a crucial member within the property management team.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a property professional with 3-5 years in the management of portfolios, who is looking for a change which will grow both their skills and opportunities.
The Responsibilities
Be instrumental in the management of long leases and large tenant relationships
Implement portfolio and land use strategies to maximise revenue, trade growth, and site efficiency
Be detailed driven and analytical and able to transfer these attributes into the review and management of leases
Manage leasing processes including negotiations, rent reviews, lease compliance, and documentation




Oversee tenant reporting, insurance, guarantees, and performance monitoring
Coordinate with legal, valuers, and government bodies to ensure compliance and optimise outcomes
About you
5+ years in commercial/industrial real estate
Knowledge of NSW property and lease legislation and the ability to read and understand leases
Solid commercial and financial acumen
Be a strategic and analytical thinker
Proficient in property management systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications; driver's licence required
This is a fantastic role, one which is different from standard commercial property management.
