Pioneers Tutoring & Speech is an established business supporting children with learning and developmental challenges.
We're now expanding into paediatric naturopathy with the launch of Pioneers Wellness - a new branch dedicated to uncovering the root cause behind children's health concerns rather than just managing symptoms.
This is a chance to help shape a brand-new arm of our business from the ground up, backed by a team that already has a strong family client base and a genuinely holistic, whole-child philosophy running through everything we do.
We're looking for a Paediatric Naturopath who's clinically sharp, deeply curious, and great with kids and their parents alike.
THE ROLE
You'll conduct comprehensive consultations with children and their families, taking the time to properly understand history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors.
You'll order and interpret functional testing such as microbiome analysis, blood panels, and food sensitivity testing to build a clear picture of each child's health.
From there, you'll develop individualised, root-cause treatment plans covering nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes, and guide families through implementation with clear,



compassionate communication.
You'll also help shape how Pioneers Wellness integrates with our existing tutoring and speech services - working alongside our broader team to support a truly joined-up, whole-child approach to care.
ROLE STRUCTURE & REMUNERATION
We are launching Pioneers Wellness as an agile, focused pilot branch and are looking for a foundational practitioner to help us build the framework, grow the caseload, and grow with us.
Hourly Rate:$35 – $50 per hour, commensurate with clinical experience
Hours:20 hours per week | Monday to Friday (flexible schedule)
The Growth Pathway:
This is a launch-and-grow role.
As caseload builds and Pioneers Wellness integrates with our tutoring and speech services, our goal is to transition this into a permanent, full-time salaried position with full employee benefits.
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
Registration/qualification as a Naturopath (relevant degree or diploma)
At least 1+ years experience
Genuine experience or solid interest in paediatric care
Confidence ordering and interpreting functional and pathology testing (microbiome, blood work, etc.)
A warm, patient communication style that puts both kids and parents at ease
A true root-cause, whole-child philosophy that matches our values
