Job Description
Brisbane Batteries is a growing Queensland battery specialist supplying automotive, truck, marine, motorcycle, camping, mobility and industrial batteries throughout South East Queensland.
We are looking for a reliable, mechanically minded person who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing a job properly and wants to become an expert in one of Australia's fastest-growing industries.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems and helping customers get back on the road.
Your role will include Delivering batteries to retail and trade customers.
Testing vehicle batteries and basic charging systems.
Removing and installing automotive batteries.
Loading and unloading batteries safely.
Picking and preparing customer orders.
Receiving and organising incoming stock.
Maintaining a clean, organised workshop and warehouse.
Providing friendly service to customers during deliveries and battery installations.




Learning about up-to-date battery technologies and applications.
As your knowledge grows, you will also have the opportunity to learn battery selection, product advice and customer sales.

Mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with tools.
A current Australian driver's licence.
A strong work ethic and pride in your work.
Reliability and punctuality.
Good attention to detail.
The ability to safely lift and handle heavy batteries.
A willingness to learn.
Experience that would be highly regarded Experience in any of the following:
Automotive workshops Battery fitting Mechanical trades
Tyre fitting Spare parts Warehousing
Delivery driving Roadside assistance Auto electrical work
Agricultural or industrial equipment
Battery-specific training will be provided to the successful applicant.
