The Opportunity We are excited to announce that we are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and inspire our Exmouth team.
This Area Manager position is responsible for managing the commercial cleaning operations within Exmouth, major contracts include Learmonth Airport and the Ningaloo Centre .
The position offers flexible hours that will average ***** hours per week.
The Role Working closely with your Group Operations Manager, your focus will be hiring, training and supporting your multi-site cleaning teams and ensuring delivery of HT Services high quality standards in line with client expectation and contract terms.
You will promote continuous improvement in our cleaning standards, efficiencies and provide superior customer service to our clients.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services within your sites including training, monitoring rosters and recruitment of cleaning staffComplete a broad scope of tasks across your working week, with the large majority of your time spent at site constantly liaising with cleaning staff, and our valued clients,
