Aussie World is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for The Banana Bender Pub (Mangoes Kitchen) on the Sunshine Coast.
You will lead daily dining operations, oversee staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a lively, local hospitality setting.
You will engage guests, coach the team, handle feedback, and work closely with the Venue Manager and kitchen team to deliver seamless service across pass, bar and restaurant.
RSA is essential and flexibility across 7 days is required.
