Days:Minimum two, but genuinely up to you.
We recruit on a rolling basis and build the week around the right person - two days, four, five, let's talk.
Flexibility that respects your time:When a client cancels, you're not stuck warming a chair for two hours - go home, write your notes from the couch, get your admin done.
And if appropriate and suitable, part of your week can be worked from home.
For primarily face-to-face therapy the anchor is in-clinic - but we treat your time like it's yours, not ours.
Pay:Transparent bands, no games.
Where you sit - Registered or Clinical - is clear, reviews are annual and guaranteed, and everything substantial gets billed: reports, longer calls, case conferences.
What the job's actually like:
Protected time that's real, not a slogan- 50-minute sessions with note-taking built in, plus 90 minutes of protected admin time every day.
AI note-taking (clients consent at intake) so your evenings are yours again.
A dedicated admin teamruns booking,



billing and scheduling.
You do psychology, not paperwork.
Caseloads matched to your interests- strong in eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, assessments?
We send you that work, and hold off on the presentations that don't fit.
Supervision that isn't box-ticking- monthly group plus dedicated 1-on-1.
A real path forward- from provisional through senior and stream-lead roles —
a $1,000 PD allowance
up to $1,000 wellness allowance
early access to long service leave (3 years, not 10)

On workload, plainly: we have capacity targets, because every sustainable practice measures something - and we'd rather tell you now than have you find out in month three.
They cover sessions and reports, they're built around clinician wellbeing, and they exist to protect you from overload and to signal when we need to hire - never to punish you.
