About the Role
We are seeking afemale Support Workerto assist an NDIS participant who has specificpersonal, cultural, and therapeutic preferences.
This role requires someone with experience inDissociative Identity Disorder (DID)and strong trauma-informed practice.
Support a participant with DID
Provide emotional regulation support and grounding
Assist with daily routines and community access
Maintain clear communication and consistent support
Participant has requested a worker with a cultural background and interpersonal style similar to their own
About You
Experience with DID or complex trauma
Calm, patient,



and emotionally regulated
Strong boundaries and reliability
Trauma-informed practice skills
Requirements
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health, or equivalent(preferred)
All relevant mandatory competencies
Driver's license
Medication Administration Competency
