This hybrid role combines on-site presence at project locations and the office with some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and tracking progress to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
The Project Delivery Manager will lead communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, resolve issues, and manage risk, variations, and documentation.
The role also involves overseeing procurement and expediting activities, monitoring inspections,



and optimizing logistics to support efficient project execution and successful handover.Qualifications Candidates should possess robust project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budget control, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting skills to coordinate materials and equipment delivery, follow up on supplier commitments, and minimize delays.Candidates should possess inspection-related skills to oversee quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Candidates should possess logistics management skills to organize transport, storage, and site logistics supporting timely and efficient project delivery.Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure project delivery, with a track record of managing multiple projects or complex scopes.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in project management software and standard office tools.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build productive relationships with clients and suppliers.Formal qualifications in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related discipline are highly regarded; professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
