What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on-site, providing support as required.




Deliver high-quality service while ensuring contractual compliance.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and safety compliance.
Prepare reports and facilitate regular stakeholder review meetings.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
