About the Client
Our client is a leading provider of waste management, recycling and resource recovery services, supporting commercial, industrial, construction and municipal sectors across Australia.
They deliver end-to-end solutions including waste collection, recycling, treatment, resource recovery and environmental services, helping businesses improve sustainability and reduce landfill.
What You Will Be Doing
This is a long term position, working Monday Friday as a relief driver covering front and rear lift runs.
start times can vary between 4:30pm 2:30am.
Your main duties will be performing the below duties on site:
Safely operate HR vehicles and equipment in line with company regulations.
Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation, both inside and out.
Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment as needed.
Operate the lifting equipment to safely complete loading and unloading duties for commercial and industrial waste.
What You Will Need
Drivers Licence + reliable transport
Minimum 2 years or longer as a HR drivers
Waste industry experience preferred not essential
Robust work ethic, reliable and safety focused.
Physically fit as you will be pushing and pulling heavy bins
Able to work independently
Mechanical aptitude
