We're opening a brand-new site in Geebung, Qld, and we're looking for a Repair Centre Manager to lead it.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the launch and ongoing operation of a new repair centre, including recruiting, onboarding, and building the team
Driving production targets, quality standards, and customer outcomes from day one
Managing day-to-day workshop operations, scheduling, and workflow across all repair stages
Building strong relationships with insurance partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders




Coaching and developing technicians and support staff to reach their full potential
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
Reporting on site performance and driving continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing a smash repair or automotive workshop, ideally at a senior or leadership level
A track record of building or leading high-performing teams
Strong understanding of repair processes, production scheduling, and quality control
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially minded, with a focus on efficiency and customer outcomes
Comfortable in a start-up-style environment — hands-on, adaptable, and driven
Full Australian work rights required
