IEPro are currently partnering with several highly regarded civil contractors to recruit experienced Project Engineers for multiple opportunities across SEQ, Central, North and Far North Queensland.
We are working on a range of projects including road construction, FRP and concrete structures, residential subdivisions, landfill, bulk earthworks, drainage, and utilities.
With a number of contractors actively growing their delivery teams, we are seeking engineers who are looking to take the next step in their careers.
Whether you're looking for a local Brisbane-based position or prefer a FIFO or DIDO roster, we have opportunities to suit a range of experience and lifestyle preferences.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering civil infrastructure projects while ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.
Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients, you will help drive successful project outcomes while continuing to develop your technical and leadership capability.

The Role
In this role, you will:
Coordinate day-to-day delivery of civil infrastructure projects
Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
Prepare RFIs, ITPs, lookaheads,
and project documentation
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources
Monitor project costs, forecasting, and progress reporting
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Support procurement and programming activities
Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
About You
To succeed, you will bring:
Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Experience delivering one or more of the following:
Road construction projects
FRP and reinforced concrete structures
Residential subdivisions
Landfill and remediation projects
Strong understanding of project planning and construction methodology
Commercial awareness including forecasting and cost control
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery

A salary package between $130k - $175k + super + vehicle
