We're looking for a friendly and proactive Service Advisor to join our Bowral branch and help deliver a great service experience for our customers.
At Hutcheon and Pearce, we're proud to partner with the iconic John Deere brand and support customers across the Agricultural, Turf, Construction and Forestry industries.
In this role, you'll be an important link between our customers, technicians, and branch team — helping jobs run smoothly from first enquiry through to completion.

What you'll be doing:
Welcoming and supporting customers as their key contact for service enquiries
Preparing clear, competitive quotes for service work
Booking customer jobs and helping keep the workshop schedule on track
Coordinating warranty claims and product improvement processes
Reviewing repair orders and supporting accurate, timely invoicing
Using service data and feedback to help improve the customer experience

Who Are We Looking For?
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and building strong relationships
A confident communicator who can work well with customers, technicians, and branch teams
A well-organised person who can manage priorities and keep things moving
Someone comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Mechanical knowledge or a trade background would be helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
