We seek a seasoned leader with 15+ to 20+ years of experience, a master's level education, and a demonstrated track record steering clinical businesses to sustainable growth.
This position offers an hourly rate of $100–$120 , flexible start timeframe, and an opportunity to shape strategic direction while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive long-term growth, service diversification, and profitability.
Develop and implement business plans, performance metrics, and clinical governance frameworks.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team across clinical and administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards relevant to allied health services.
Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost control,



and revenue optimization.
Strengthen referral and partnership networks with medical, community, and institutional stakeholders.
Promote patient-centred care models, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
Represent the practice in industry forums and community engagements to enhance reputation and market presence.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Health Management, Business, Clinical Leadership, or related field.
*****+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive or director-level roles within allied health, healthcare services, or comparable sectors.
Proven financial stewardship with experience managing budgets, P&L; responsibility, and operational performance.
Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance.
Australian citizen or permanent resident with eligibility to work in Australia.
