About You:
Certificate III in Individual Support(or equivalent).
Previous experience inResidential Aged Careis highly regarded.
A compassionate, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to care.
Reliable and committed to providing consistent care for our residents.
Ability to work independently while being a cooperative team player.
Understanding of documentation and reporting requirements
Acurrent Police/NDIS Checkor willingness to obtain one.
